Wes Chen has worn many hats! He worked for Volleyball Canada as the Athlete Pathways and Youth/Junior National Team Coordinator as well as being on staff to plan and execute special events. He completed his master’s degree specializing in sport-related brain trauma with the Neurotrauma Impact Science Laboratory at the University of Ottawa. Where he then worked with VC to create their concussion protocol. As an athlete Wes played for Glashan a legendary school in Ottawa and went on to play for Glebe where he won an OFSAA Championship. The Championships didn't end there, Wes was on staff at Queens University where he helped the squad win 2 OUA Championships.
