Jason Trepanier is the Executive Director of Volleyball Nova Scotia’s. Before joining VNS Jason was the Technical Director for the Ontario Volleyball Association. Jason deserves a lot of credit for his work implementing Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD). He has also overseen and developed policies and procedures for the Regional Teams, Provincial Teams, Beach Tours, Indoor Competitions, Club Accreditation, High Performance Sport Initiative and Quest for Gold programs.
As a player Jason represented Team Canada at the World Cup and Pan Am Games, as well as professionally in six countries over seven years. Jason won a CIS Silver Medal with the Dalhousie Tigers.

Katarina Pantovic has already accomplished so much in our sport! She was a Team Canada's Youth National Team where she represented us at Norceca and World Championships. Most recently she trained with our Full Time Training Group. She has also been a member of Team BC and is a Canada Cup Gold Medalist. With Thunder Volleyball Club she is a provincial champion, all-star and MVP. Kat is also a superstar on the beach where she has represented Team BC at the Canada Cup and finished 9th at the Vancouver Open. Katarina is currently a member of the Cal Berkeley Golden Bears where she will play for the Indoor and Beach Varsity Teams.

Canadian Star Setter Dustin Schneider joins the show to tell us about his career. Dustin played for the University of Winnipeg Wesmen in where he won the CIS championship in 2007 and was named Championship MVP. Dustin would go on to join our National Team in 2007 where he would help Canada earn medals at the Norceca Championships in 2011, 2013 and 15, lead Canada to World League Finals and a bronze medal at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto. Professionally Dustin played in Austria, Portugal, France, Poland and Israel.

Playing and Coaching Legend Hernan Humana joins the show! Hernan coached John Child and Mark Heese at the 1996 Olympics where the team won a bronze medal. He played for the Chile National Team for 11 seasons, is a three-time OUA East coach of the year award winner, former director of the Elite Beach Volleyball Club, OVA Technical Director, proud parent to friends of the show Melissa and Felipe Humana-Paredes.
Hernan is the author of Playing Under the Gun, a book detailing Hernan's playing experience in Chile under a brutal dictatorship before he choose to leave for Canada. OUA Player of the Year, 2x CIS All Canadian, 2x OUA First Team All-Star, OVA Provincial Champion, OFSAA Medalist, and friend of the show Eric Simon joins the podcast! Eric grew up in London and played for Oakridge, Forest City, Western University before playing at a high level on the beach and professional volleyball in Sweden! Isaac Kneubuhl is a 2x Hawaii High School State Player of the Year, Division I Collegiate All American at Cal State Northridge, European Indoor Professional Athlete and former member of the USA Men’s National Volleyball Team. Since finishing his playing career Isaac has become an expert in the area of volleyball biomechanics, specifically the approach and armswing.
