The all time leader in KBVA (Clivers) wins and prize money, 6x BC Provincial Champion, Seaside Open Champion, Jonny Wiskar joined the show! Jonny played indoor at Capilano in the CCAA before transferring to UBC in the CIS (USports). Jonny may be one of the best, if not the best, beach player in Canada to never represent Canada in an international tournament. Jonny tells us all about the tournaments he's played in and what it's like playing with Matt LeBourdais, Maverick Hatch, Jared Kraus, Rudy Verhoeff, Ben Saxton and so many others! Joey Jarvis shares his unique journey to the National Team and Professional Volleyball! Joey's path includes playing at Pakmen Volleyball Club, choosing not to play at the post secondary level, working his way through the adult tournament ranks, making a name for himself in the One Volleyball League, attending the Volleyball Canada National Excellence Program (formally Full Time Training Centre, FTC), making Volleyball Canada's National B' Team, and signing his first pro contract with German Club TV Rottenburg. Joey shares all of these details and gives some tips that have helped bring his game to the next level.

Megatron, Megan Nash joined the show to tell us about her career in the Ontario Volleyball Association (OVA), University of Central Arkansas, and Loyola Marymount University. At Central Arkansas Megan won the Southland Conference Championship in 2017, Southland All-Academic First Team 2014 – 2017, 3x First Team All Conference Player, Southland Student-Athlete of the Year, 2x UCA Female Student-Athlete of the Year. After transferring to focus on beach at LMU, Megan won a West Coast Conference Title and was awarded WCC First Team All Conference. Megan has already represented Canada earning her first main draw appearance in China and a Bronze Medal on the Norceca Tour.

UCLA and Canadian Youth National Team Star Cole Ketrynski joined the show to tell us about his career, recruiting, what he learned during his first year at UCLA, and what he's looking forward to next! Cole was selected to Off the Block's Freshman All-America team, named to the second-team All-MPSF team and to the All-MPSF Freshman team. He is a Provincial and National Champion for Beach and Indoor and won a Gold Medal playing indoor at the 2017 Canada Summer Games.

Layne achieved so much at Pitt including competing at the NCAA Tournament all four (4) years of her career, 2x AVCA All-America Honorable Mention, 2x All-ACC First Team, 2x All-ACC Academic Team, and ACC All-Freshman Team. Layne tells us all about her National Team and Pitt Career as well as her start in our sport and her skills on the tennis court.

Canadian National Team Setter Kim Robitaille joined the show to talk about growing up in Repentigny where volleyball is very popular! Kim's passion for the sport also grew when she was a ball girl at the FIVB Events in Montreal. She played Cégep before committing to the Vert & Or at the University de Sherbrooke. Currently a member of our National Team Kim represented Canada at the Pan Am Games in Peru. Recently Kim resigned with her pro club Quimper Volley 29 in France. Pearce Eshenko has built an impressive resume that includes representing Canada on the Youth, Junior and National B Team, 3 National Championships and 4 Canada West Championships with Trinity Western. Pearce has played in the Canada West and USports Finals every year of his career.
Pearce has earned several awards including the Complete Champion Award, Scholar-Athlete Award, and is a 5x Academic All-Canadian. Next year Pearce will play for Helios Giesen of the German league!
