England's rising star Harry Jones joined the show to tell us about his start in volleyball, how young he was when he first represented England, playing at University, how his family is involved in every level of English volleyball and making the jump from Juniors to the FIVB World Tour!

Andrew Shotbolt and Toure Nwakwesi join the show to tell us all about the York Lions culture, how they plan on getting over the quarter final curse, and how the program has changed since they joined.
Both Andrew and Toure are in their 5th year with the Lions. Andrew is a OUA East 1st Team All Star, OVA Provincial Silver Medalist, Easter National Medalist and OFSAA Champion! Toure is a 2nd Team All Star, National Silver Medalist with Pakmen and grad of Mayfield where he played with friend of the show Chris Towe.

Darby Taylor and the Brock Badgers have started the season 6-0! Darby took the time out of her schedule while visiting York to meet with us to discuss club volleyball, Team Ontario, choosing the NCAA, coming back to Canada and her next steps to turn pro. Darby was an OFSAA Champion with Eden Volleyball and their MVP in 2015. She was named to the MAAC All Rookie Team at Siena University and has been named a OUA Second-Team All Star. Our guess is she adds to her impressive resume this season in the OUA.
