She has also spend time with our Next Gen and U23 National Team Programs. Prior to her Bisons career Raya helped Manitoba win Canada Games and was Manitoba Player of the Year. Shawn Sky joins the show again! Shawn is the head coach at Mount Royal University. With the Mount Royal Cougars Shawn has 2x ACAC Championships, 2x CCAA Bronze, and an CCAA National Championship! He's also been a part of Team Alberta and Volleyball Canada programs. We take a deeper dive into his love for team building, sport psychology and more!

Guelph Gryphon's and Team Canada star Jonny Pickett joins the show! Jonny grew up playing Big Bruce Volleyball and for the Bluewater Ballstix. He then committed to the University of Guelph where he is a 1st Team All Star and All Canadian. Jonny has played indoor and beach for Team Canada at U21 indoor, U21 Beach, FISU games and looking for more this season. We talk about all of this and more!
